Senior SAP Functional Analyst / Configurator – Supply Chain planning operations and logistics

We are currently seeking a full-time Sr. SAP S/4 HANA Functional Analyst with deep expertise in supply chain planning and operations, logistics, material management and vehicle management system

Essential Responsibilities are:

·       Assess business processes and identify inefficiencies and risks to propose cost-effective solutions for process and system design.

·       Create functional specifications and work independently to develop and deliver technical objects.

·       Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents and functional specifications.

·       Conduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing.

·       Work with business teams as a functional and configuration expert to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.

·       Identify gaps in business processes and help prioritize improvements using Business Capability Matrix (BCM).

·       Manage and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.

·       Conduct QA validations and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests.

·       Support, assist and train the users on new modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processes.

·       Maintain SAP system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.

·       Work closely with business process owners, onsite team, and AMS team, to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.

·       Examine impact of changes to the corporate application landscape. Desired Skills and

·       Minimum 10+ Years of SAP of functional implementation, configuration, and support experience.

·       10+ years’ experience maintaining and optimizing SAP MM, IM, logistics, VMS and related supply chain functions.

·       Should be knowledgeable of integration with other SAP modules and strong experience with Order to Cash OR Procure to Pay

·       5+ years of business process design experience and strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.

·       In-depth understanding of SAP supply chain planning and operations and logistics activities.

·       Experienced working with S/4 HANA Private Cloud, SAP GUI and Fiori

·       Understanding of Flexible workflow design or ABAP a plus

·       Lead business end users, requirements gathering, and building detailed functional design specifications.

·       Able to work autonomously and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
