YOUR JOB

As a SAP Industry Cloud Architect with a focus on Retail (Retail, Wholesale or Consumer Goods), you will play a key role in designing and implementing modern E2E retail solutions based in the SAP Industry Cloud Portfolio solutions that serve as the backbone for scalable, data-driven retail businesses. 

You will be part of our growing ERP capability, helping clients move from fragmented system landscapes to end-to-end connected processes across stores, e-commerce, and supply chains, leveraging SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition & SAP Industry Cloud. 

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

• Designing and optimizing end-to-end retail processes with focus order management, basket sourcing, omnichannel pricing and POS integration 

• Driving ERP transformation initiatives with a strong fit-to-standard mindset, focusing on simplicity and scalability  

• Leading workshops with business stakeholders across retail, e-commerce, and supply chain to analyze requirements and challenge existing processes  

• Translating business needs into structured, scalable SAP solutions and integrate them in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Supporting testing, go-live, and rollout activities while ensuring high quality and user adoption  

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on how to leverage ERP & Industry Cloud as a strategic enabler for modern retail business models  

• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the development of our Retail ERP & Industry Cloud capability  

• Staying up to date with SAP S/4HANA Cloud & SAP Industry Cloud developments, retail trends, and best practices in ERP transformation  

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, ideally in retail or consumer-facing industries  

• Proven experience with SAP Industry Cloud (specially SAP Ordermanagement Foundation, SAP Ordermanagement for Sourcing & Availability, SAP Omnichannel Sales Transaction and Audit)  

• Strong understanding of retail business processes, especially in areas such as:  

  • SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing (OPPS) 

  • SAP Ordermanagement Foundation (OMF) 

  • SAP Ordermanagement for Sourcing & Availability (OMSA) 

  • SAP Omnichannel Sales Transaction and Audit (OSTA) 

  • S/4 HANA Sales (former Sales & Distribution / SD)  

  • S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement (former Material Management / MM)  

• Experience in retail ERP transformation projects (e.g. SAP Industry CloudS/4HANA implementations or migrations)  

• Strong ability to think in end-to-end processes, not isolated modules  

• Experience in leading workshops and working closely with business stakeholders  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)  

• Ability to work independently and as part of an agile, cross-functional team  

Beneficial Skills

• Experience with omnichannel setups (store + e-commerce integration)  

• Knowledge of retail-specific topics such as pricing, promotions, or assortment management  

• Initial experience in mentoring or leading small teams
