About the role
Are you passionate about process optimization, digital tools and enabling others to work smarter? We’re looking for a SAP Key User (MM) who will act as a central point of expertise. You’ll support our growing teams in mastering their platforms while ensuring full process compliance, effective onboarding, and continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
User Support & Training
- Guide and support end users in either SAP Ariba or GIS platforms.
- Provide onboarding for new team members and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Organize training sessions and keep training materials & documentation up to date.
- Be the first point of contact for user questions and troubleshooting.
Process Alignment & Compliance
- Ensure consistent application of procurement and process standards across teams.
- Support teams in difficult situations or process escalations.
- Communicate process changes and ensure their adoption.
Process Expertise & Communication
- Act as a liaison between end users and Business Process Owners/Experts.
- Participate in the Key User Community and share relevant updates.
- Raise system issues or enhancement requests via tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW).
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor platform usage and identify areas for process optimization or automation.
- Contribute ideas for reducing cycle time, enhancing user experience, or increasing cost savings.
- Stay updated on SAP system changes and promote best practices.
