About the role
The SAP Specialist will provide hands‑on SAP application support and operational coordination across sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and run the SAP ticket process: intake, triage, prioritisation, routing, follow‑up and closure; maintain clear status updates and documentation.
Support SAP user administration: coordinate role/profile assignments and authorisations; ensure changes are controlled, documented and auditable.
Coordinate incident and change resolution with external SAP partners (basis and AMS), ensuring timely progress and clear communication.
Support rollout and stabilisation of adjacent tools/processes used with SAP (e.g., document/invoicing workflows), including issue follow‑through and user guidance.
Support compliance workstreams impacting SAP/EDI, including preparation activities for France e‑invoicing / e‑reporting readiness.
Help introduce structure where key‑user coverage is limited: capture recurring issues, document solutions, and take ownership of defined support topics to free up senior resources for deep‑dive work.
Qualifications & Profile
University degree in Business Administration/Computer Science/ Information Technology/Engineering.
First experience in SAP application support (incidents/requests) and disciplined ticket handling.
Experience or strong interest in SAP user/access administration (roles, profiles, authorisations) with a control‑minded approach.
Strong coordination skills, ownership mindset, and clear written communication.
Comfortable working across time zones and with multiple stakeholders; able to prioritise effectively.
Improved ticket throughput and transparency (clear prioritisation and predictable follow‑up).
Faster, well‑documented access/authorisation processing with audit‑ready traceability.
Reliable coordination rhythm with external partners and measurable progress on key compliance topics.
