<li>Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in the SAP ecosystem.</li>
<li>Proven Track Record: At least 2 full-lifecycle S/4HANA large/global migrations (Brownfield, Greenfield, or Selective Data Transition).</li>
<li>Deep experience in Manufacturing, specifically within the Building Materials or Mining sectors (understanding heavy asset management and supply chain is critical).</li>
<li>Technical Literacy: Strong background in managing MM cycles and complex system integrations (BTP).</li>
</ul>
