Which tasks can you expect?
- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR tech landscape
- Lead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionality
- Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams
- Collaborate with international colleagues across SD Worxβs Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
What do you have to offer?
- Fluency in Dutch language and a high level of English
- SuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning)
- Solid understanding of HR processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
- Proactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest SAP technologies
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and eager to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where continuous improvement is key
