<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) &amp; Reporting Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors ECP, payroll operations, reporting, and AMS/support engagements. The consultant will play a key role in managing and supporting a recently implemented SAP SuccessFactors ECP solution and ensuring smooth payroll operations for the business.</p> <p>The candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering at least 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations and should possess strong post-go-live support and stakeholder management capabilities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage onsite SAP SuccessFactors ECP support operations for a recently go-live environment.</li> <li>Provide functional and production support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).</li> <li>Handle payroll incidents, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement requests.</li> <li>Work closely with business users, HR teams, payroll teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth payroll processing.</li> <li>Support payroll validation, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and payroll audits.</li> <li>Monitor payroll interfaces, replication jobs, integrations, and middleware-related activities.</li> <li>Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll functions, and payroll processes.</li> <li>Develop and support SAP SuccessFactors reports using:</li> <ul> <li>Ad Hoc Reporting</li> <li>Report Stories</li> <li>Canvas Reports</li> <li>SAP Analytics/Embedded Reporting</li> </ul> <li>Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.</li> <li>Coordinate with offshore support teams and ensure SLA adherence.</li> <li>Participate in hypercare, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities.</li> <li>Prepare functional specifications, support documents, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.</li> <li>Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, and reporting enhancements.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with UAE payroll regulations and local statutory requirements where applicable.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <p><strong>Mandatory Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).</li> <li>Experience in delivering minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations.</li> <li>Strong experience in AMS/support projects and post go-live support engagements.</li> <li>Experience in handling payroll production support and payroll issue resolution.</li> <li>Good understanding of Employee Central to ECP integration and replication processes.</li> <li>Expertise in payroll processing, payroll control center, payroll schemas, and rules.</li> <li>Experience in SuccessFactors reporting tools including:</li> <ul> <li>Ad Hoc Reports</li> <li>Report Stories</li> <li>Canvas Reports</li> </ul> <li>Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.</li> <li>Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a customer-facing onsite role.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with UAE Payroll and Middle East payroll processes.</li> <li>Knowledge of UAE labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll regulations.</li> <li>Experience with SAP CPI/Integration Center is an added advantage.</li> <li>Exposure to SAP Time Management and Employee Central is preferred.</li> <li>Experience in payroll reconciliation and year-end payroll activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Certifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Certification – Mandatory</li> <li>Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications will be an advantage.</li> </ul>
