SAQ Manager

Responsibilities

· The Site Acquisition & Permitting Manager is responsible for getting the required private and public permits, licenses, right of ways, and whatever other formal requirements required to deploy the customer's network.

· Manages a team of technical and administrative staff dealing with public administrations, city councils, landlords, condominium administrators, and private owners.

Manages and supports the permitting team in alignment with design and construction teams in order to get the required permits, licenses, RoWs or other requirements in time, cost and compliant manner

Knowledge & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Urban Planning, Law, Business Administration, or related field with 4+ years of experience in site acquisition, permitting, or telecom rollout management, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

· Proven experience in managing end-to-end site acquisition and permitting processes, including private and public permits, licenses, right of ways (RoW), and regulatory approvals required for telecom network deployment.

· Strong leadership experience in managing site acquisition and permitting teams, including technical and administrative staff working with public authorities, landlords, municipalities, and private property owners.

· Ability to coordinate with design, construction, and rollout teams to ensure timely acquisition of permits and alignment with project schedules, cost targets, and quality standards.

· Strong experience in project and cost management, ensuring delivery within contractual obligations and business targets.

· Solid understanding of Nokia processes and telecom rollout lifecycle, including site acquisition, construction, acceptance, and deployment standards
