Satellite Warehouse Operation Specialist (Bilingual in Chinese)

<p>The <strong>Satellite Warehouse Operation Specialist</strong> is responsible for overseeing the operational performance, compliance, and process consistency of multiple satellite and 3PL warehouse locations.&nbsp;This role includes weekly site visits, inventory audits, partner staff training, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.<br><br></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct regular (weekly) site inspections of partnership and satellite warehouses.</li> <li>Monitor operational metrics and report on warehouse performance, risks, and improvement actions.</li> <li>Provide WMS system training, SOP orientation, and operational guidance to partner warehouse teams.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable safety and logistics regulations.</li> <li>Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve system functionality and warehouse process efficiency.</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues on-site and escalate major concerns to regional leadership.</li> <li>Handle partner onboarding, rate setup, and contractual compliance.</li> <li>Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.</li> <li>Support customer service escalation, complaint resolution, and performance recovery visits.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field</li> <li>Minimum 1year of warehouse management or supervisory experience.</li> <li>1+ year experience working with 3PL or outsourced warehouse partners.</li> <li>Experience in high-volume or fast-paced logistics environments preferred.</li> <li>Strong understanding of warehouse operations, procedures, and WMS systems.</li> <li>Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to work with teams at all organizational levels.</li> <li>Mandarin speaking is a must</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel 50% or morelocally.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay</strong>: $23 - $27/hr</p> <p><strong>Supplemental Pay</strong>:&nbsp;Performance bonus</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Dental insurance</li> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Vision insurance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Schedule</strong>:&nbsp;Monday to Friday</p> <p><strong>Work Location:</strong> In person&nbsp;(If not traveling to other local warehouses, will be base in Port Reading location)</p>
