By partnering closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, this role ensures accurate schedule execution, supports capacity planning efforts, and helps identify and resolve constraints that could impact manufacturing objectives.</p> <p><strong><span class="TextRun SCXW133454548 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW133454548 BCX8">Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville, FL</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW133454548 BCX8">&nbsp;offices and does not offer remote work.&nbsp;</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW133454548 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Update Production Schedules in INFOR.</li> <li>Update associated tracking tools for assigned production departments.</li> <li>Provide support to the Production Planners.</li> <li>Prepare and distribute fabrication packages upon release from engineering and deliver to Mechanical Supervisors for execution per manufacturing schedules as assigned.</li> <li>Generate and maintain weekly production reports if required by the Manufacturing Manager.</li> <li>Interface with production supervisors to determine necessary actions to maintain schedules.</li> <li>Revise and reschedule orders to compensate for expedited orders, material shortages, and customer cancellations at the direction of the Scheduler or Manufacturing Manager.</li> <li>Prepare daily line efficiency reports for the Production Department and tracks the status of production daily.</li> <li>Adhere to established safety guidelines.</li> <li>Adheres to scheduling policies, processes and procedures.</li> <li><span class="TextRun SCXW11054761 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW11054761 BCX8">The candidate will be expected to perform&nbsp;</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW11054761 BCX8">additional</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW11054761 BCX8">&nbsp;duties as assigned to support the team and organization</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW11054761 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><u>COMPETENCIES:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Communication: Effective communication is essential to convey instructions clearly, facilitate discussions, and ensure everyone is on the same page.</li> <li>Organizational Skills: Coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources to keep everything running smoothly.</li> <li>Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;Supply Chain, Operations Management,&nbsp;or relevant degree.&nbsp;Industrial Engineering is a bonus!&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Co-op and internship experience will be considered.</li> <li>Demonstrated career ambition with&nbsp;a track record&nbsp;of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization&nbsp;</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.</li> <li>Experience with ERP System is preferred.</li> <li>Proficient verbal and written communication skills.</li> </ul> <p>Compensation actually offered for this role will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
