We are dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for a variety of projects.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Salary Range: $123,000 - $131,000</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Onsite (Los Angeles, CA)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Employee Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>100% paid base coverage (Health, Vision, &amp; Dental insurance).</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Paid Holidays</li> <li>Paid Sick</li> <li>Paid Vacation</li> <li>EAP - Employee Assistance Program</li> </ul> <p><strong>O2EPCM, Inc.&nbsp;</strong><a href="https://o2epcm.com/"><strong>https://o2epcm.com/</strong></a><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Position: Associate Scheduler</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Salary Range: $123,000 - $131,000</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Onsite (Los Angeles, CA)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong><br>9.1 &nbsp;Review Contractor P6 initial Baseline Construction Schedules and identify missing scope, logic&nbsp;<br>or milestones; identify and analyze the critical path; review the required cost loading and provide&nbsp;<br>written technical schedule review comments based on LAUSD’s structured review templates.<br>9.2 &nbsp;Review multiple Contractor P6 Monthly schedule updates and provide written schedule review&nbsp;<br>comments that document milestone schedule slippage, critical path activity slippage, and provide&nbsp;<br>over-all schedule analysis based on LAUSD’s structured review templates.<br>9.3 &nbsp;Create various activity schedule filters, layouts, and bar-charts utilizing P6 Primavera&nbsp;<br>Schedule Software to assist the project management team in analyzing critical path construction&nbsp;<br>schedule issues.<br>9.4 &nbsp;Perform QA/QC on contractor’s schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and&nbsp;<br>terms for projects; P6 program schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance with&nbsp;<br>scheduling guidelines for various project types.<br>9.5 &nbsp;Ensure proper use of program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure&nbsp;<br>data integrity.<br>9.6 &nbsp;Create Earned Value Curves based on LAUSD EVA template guidelines.<br>9.7 &nbsp;Prepare reports as needed and assist scheduling management in reporting projects as necessary.</p> <p>10. &nbsp;Minimum Requirements Required Experience:<br>10.1 Three (3) years full time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner&nbsp;<br>or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects or&nbsp;<br>scheduling for various projects in a program<br>Required Skills:<br>10.2 Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite<br>10.3 Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings and contract specifications to&nbsp;<br>earn insight into the required scope of work for multiple school construction projects.</p> <p>10.4 Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>10.5 Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff<br>10.6 Superior organizational and planning skills<br><strong>Required Education:</strong><br>10.7 Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture,<br>engineering, construction management, construction engineering or any related field.</p> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><strong>Please note, if you move forward in the submission process, you will be asked to provide the following below.</strong></em></p> <ol> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em><strong>Most updated resume</strong></em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em><strong>Certifications or Licenses obtained</strong></em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em><strong>3-4 Professional References</strong></em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em><strong>Project List with values, dates, and company of any projects worked</strong></em></li> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>O2EPCM, Inc.&nbsp;</strong>is a prominent award-winning experienced firm providing Professional, Technical, Consulting and Management Services in the Planning, Design, Engineering and Construction Industry to Local, State, Federal Government Agencies, Utility Companies and Private Clients.
