About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduler / Workforce to join our team. This role is responsible for managing schedules, supporting workforce coordination, and ensuring operational coverage and efficiency across teams.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules based on operational needs
- Monitor staffing coverage and support workforce planning
- Coordinate schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and workforce data
- Communicate effectively with employees and leadership regarding scheduling updates
- Support operational efficiency and productivity through effective scheduling practices
- Identify scheduling conflicts and provide timely solutions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or operations support preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience using scheduling systems, spreadsheets, or workforce management tools preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or service-based environments
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
