This role is responsible for maximizing provider schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring consistent daily visit volume.</span><br><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This is not a basic scheduling role. You will manage a team and own provider utilization and operational efficiency across the market.</span></p> <h2><span class="s1" style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead and manage a team of&nbsp;schedulers (VMT) supporting daily operations</span></li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own provider schedules to ensure full utilization and minimal gaps</span></li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Optimize routing and geographic clustering for mobile providers</span></li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive daily visit targets (e.g., 10+ visits per provider per day)</span></li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
