But you’re not just tied to the press—this is a hands-on, all-in role.</p> <ul> <li>Operating automatic screen printing equipment like a boss</li> <li>Assisting with screen exposure, ink mixing, reclaim, and washout</li> <li>Prepping and cleaning screens like a pro</li> <li>Staging, folding, and packing printed apparel</li> <li>Maintaining a clean, efficient, and safety-conscious workspace</li> <li>Bringing quality control to everything you touch</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for someone who’s experienced, efficient, and loves the craft of screen printing.</p> <p><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience running automatic screen printing presses</li> <li>Familiarity with screen exposure equipment and reclaim process</li> <li>A sharp eye for detail and color</li> <li>Hand-eye coordination and physical stamina</li> <li>Accountability, initiative, and pride in your work</li> <li>Willingness to work overtime when needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-haves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ink mixing know-how</li> <li>Understanding of pre-press screen prep</li> <li>A team player mentality with a can-do attitude</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Get</strong></p> <p>At Club Colors, we take care of our team.
