We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Scrum Master with strong communication skills to guide Agile practices and ensure timely delivery across squads.
Your day-to-day mission:
- Coach squads in Agile principles practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain high-quality backlogs and adjust priorities as needed to support business objectives.
- Facilitate squad ceremonies to support and develop efficiency, autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with squad leads and promote team dynamics and psychological safety
- Actively participate in the Scrum Master community
What you need to have to succeed in this role:
- Solid experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
- Ability to navigate change, resolve issues, and lead with a servant-leadership mindset.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies,
- Ability to build collaborative relationships that promote transparency, trust, and team cohesion, including outsourced and offshored team.
- Strong stakeholder management with effective organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- PSM1 or equivalent certification
What makes you stand out
- Proven experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile coach
- Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
- Change Management experience
- Technical expertise and experience in the financial industry
