Ready to make an impact? 

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Scrum Master with strong communication skills to guide Agile practices and ensure timely delivery across squads. 

Your day-to-day mission: 

· Coach teams in Agile principles, practices and metrics

· Collaborate with the Product Owners to manage backlogs - with good data quality - and realign priorities if needed.

· Identify and support in resolving team impediments

· Facilitating squad ceremonies to support/develop/improve squad efficiency, autonomy and cross-functional collaboration 

· Ensuring compliance to Euroclear way of working within the squad

· Monitor performance to drive continuous improvement

· Work closely with squad leads and promote team dynamics and psychological safety

· Actively participate in the Scrum Master community 

 

What you need to have to succeed in this role: 

· More than 3 years’ experience as Scrum Master,

· Strong stakeholder management with effective organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills 

· Demonstrated servant-leadership mindset to deliver value effectively 

· Experience working with Agile methodology,

· Change management and facilitation experience 

· Establishes collaborative relationships that promote transparency, trust, and team cohesion

· Strong communication skills in English  

 

What makes you stand out 

· Proven experience as Scrum Master and/or agile coach 

· PSM1 or equivalent certification 

· Knowledge of tools like TFS, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow 

· Technical expertise and experience in the financial industry 

· Stakeholder management with effective organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
