About the role
Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:
(SDET BE) Quality Engineer
Must-Have Skills
3+ years of experience in QA Automation or as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
Strong proficiency in Java, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections Framework, Exception Handling, and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Hands-on experience in REST API test automation.
Proven experience using RestAssured for API validation and automation.
Experience with Karate Framework for API testing and end-to-end validation.
Experience automating Postman collections and executing tests using Newman.
Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing methodologies.
Solid knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, RESTful services, request/response structures, headers, authentication mechanisms, and API security concepts (OAuth, JWT, Basic Authentication).
Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.

Salary: $100,000 gross
