We are </span><strong>GoFasti, </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">a Talent-as-a-Service. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe. </span></p></div><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We need an English-fluent </span><strong>Sales Development Representative</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> with exceptional relationship-building skills and a believe it's possible mindset, who never stops improving, and is constantly learning the customer and giving the product team feedback, available to work remotely.</span></p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key responsibilities</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead capture and prospecting</li>
<li>Search accounts, identify the main points of contact, and generate interest.</li>
<li>Prospect new deals, open market to Account Executives</li>
<li>Contacting potential clients through calls, both warm and cold, and emails</li>
<li>Communicate our value proposition in a pitch to potential customers</li>
<li>Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market</li>
<li>Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives</li>
<li>Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of outbound phone and email campaigns</li>
<li>Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future customers</li>
<li>Data entry of prospect and contact data in the CRM database</li>
<li>Engage with your prospects to build trusted relationships by providing insights tailored to their specific needs and interests</li>
<li>Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them</li>
<li>Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals</li>
<li>Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time</li>
<li>Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members</li>
<li>Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analyze trends in C-Sat/NPS scores to identify areas of improvement</li>
<li>Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Qualifications</span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Full English proficiency</strong> is essential</li>
<li>1-2 years <strong>technology staff augmentation</strong> sales work experience or 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.</li>
<li>Experience selling to the US market (preferred).</li>
<li>Experience in cold calling.</li>
<li>Strong desire to be in technology and staff augmentation sales.</li>
<li>You have a passion for talent-as-a-service.</li>
<li>You are relentless in pursuing goals and solving problems.</li>
<li>You are friendly, enthusiastic, and have professional communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable working across multiple departments.</li>
<li>Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Compensation:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">The type of contract is a full-time Independent Contractor through a payroll platform.</li>
<li>This position has a trial period of 3 months. We are looking for SDRs to join our team in the long run, and this initial trial is an adaptation period.</li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $900 - $1,200 + commissions, depending on seniority and skillset.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">The commission structure will be discussed during the interviews. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The developer will work REMOTELY, directly with The GoFasti Team. </span></li>
</ul>
