About the role
Genius Agency AI is looking for driven and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this unique opportunity, you will leverage your sales skills to create and qualify leads while enjoying the flexibility of working independently. This role is perfect for self-starters who are motivated by performance-based compensation and eager to grow within the marketing sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research new sales leads through various channels.
- Engage with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining the suitability of our services.
- Set up calls or meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- Track all interactions and maintain an organized database in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns.
- Provide insights and feedback to help refine our sales processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with prospects.
- Strong research and lead generation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a desire to exceed targets.
- Adept at managing time effectively and working independently.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
