In this role, you’ll support landscaping, grounds upkeep, and general property maintenance to uphold curb appeal standards. This is a temporary role to support our community through the summer months.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong><br>• Maintain lawns and landscaping, including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and irrigation<br>• Perform daily grounds upkeep, such as trash and pet waste removal<br>• Assist with exterior repairs, painting, fence work, and installations<br>• Support seasonal needs, including snow removal and ice treatment<br>• Identify and address safety hazards and work with vendors as needed<br>• Complete light maintenance and follow safety protocols</p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong><br>• Experience with landscaping and grounds maintenance<br>• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively<br>• Strong work ethic with ability to follow instructions and work independently<br>• Ability to communicate clearly</p> <p><strong>Work Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><div class="title">Position pay range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$16</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$18.75 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Join us and take the next step in your career—apply today!</p></div>
