This role serves as a significant creative contributor within the seasonal workforce.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end production of assigned programming or features.</li> <li>Ability to step in as show-runner on certain internal projects.</li> <li>Establish creative vision, story structure, and editorial approach for a segment or feature.</li> <li>Manage shoots, interviews, and production logistics.</li> <li>Oversee all phases of post-production and final delivery.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines.</li> <li>Ensure editorial accuracy, compliance, and creative excellence.</li> <li>Participate in creative discussions and pitches ideas.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in film, television, media, communications, creative writing, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum 7 years of experience producing sports, documentary, or feature content.</li> <li>Strong editorial and storytelling skills and expert level skills using Avid Media Composer.</li> <li>Proven ability to play a core role in complex productions.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of professional football and sports media.</li> <li>Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel</strong></p> <ul> <li>Occasional travel for production needs.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$2,775</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$2,775 USD</span></div></div></div>
