Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

• Assisting sales team with submitting sales orders
• Checking for accuracy in orders and invoices
• Expediting orders and managing order delivery times through internal liaison
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
• Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
• Ability to work well and communicate effectively with others
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
• Upholding RUDIS brand standards

Sales Administrator Requirements:

• Proficient in Google or Excel
• Basic Math and logistical skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Demonstrate ability to think strategically and creatively in order to solve problems
• Highly organized and detail oriented in work methodology
• Ability to take direction and be open to feedback
• Perform other duties as necessary

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk 
• Working at a computer for extended periods of times
