<p><strong>About Us: </strong>At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we're a fast-paced and fun operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items responsibly. We do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service and friendly uniformed team.</p>
<p>We're hiring <strong>ambitious, outgoing and active individuals</strong> who are committed to providing <strong>exceptional customer experiences</strong>. </p>
<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr+ (Total Compensation)</p>
<ul>
<li>$17 Base hourly rate</li>
<li>Tips</li>
<li>Profit share & performance incentives</li>
<li>Overtime</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time: 2–5 shifts per week</p>
<ul>
<li>1 mandatory weekend shift</li>
<li>1–4 weekday shifts</li>
<li>Shifts run 8–10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business<br>needs</li>

<p><strong>Role Overview: </strong>As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. </p>
<ul>
<li>Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service</li>
<li>Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates</li>
<li>Remove junk safely from homes and businesses</li>
<li>Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)</li>
<li>Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs</li>
<li>Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance</li>
</ul>
<p><em>No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to</em><br><em>support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.</em></p>
<p>Uniform Standards: Maintained anytime you’re at the office — on or off the clock:</p>

<li>Brown Belt</li>
<li>Brown Steel-Toe Boots</li>
<li>Branded Polo (Provided)</li>
<li>Branded Ball Cap or Beanie (Provided)</li>
<li>Sweatshirt (Provided)</li>
<li>Navy BLUE work pants or shorts</li>
</ul>
<p>Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):<br>DOT Medical Certification</p>
<ul>
<li>A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.</li>
<li>Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.</li>
</ul>
