About the role

About the role

  •  Preparing, typing and filing client correspondence in line with firm procedures 
  •  Managing engagement letters and sending documentation through client portals 
  •  Supporting billing processes, including printing and issuing invoices to clients 
  •  Assisting with new client onboarding and completion of client forms 
  •  Supporting proposal preparation for prospective clients 
  •  Providing general administrative support across the office 
  •  Carrying out bulk scanning and document management tasks 
  •  Acting as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues 
  •  Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently 
  •  Ensuring all communications are responded to within agreed deadlines 
  •  Providing reception cover when required and helping maintain a welcoming office environment 
  •  Assisting with the organisation of internal and external events 
  •  Supporting company incorporations and company secretarial processes 
  •  Managing officer appointments and company changes 
  •  Processing share transfers, allotments and dividend documentation 
  •  Preparing and filing confirmation statements and dormant accounts 
  •  Assisting with registered office changes, company dissolutions and related filings 
  •  Supporting Land Registry searches and bank audit requests
