We are now looking for a Secretary to join our team and support our operations with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the office
- Organization and execution of daily tasks (office supplies, equipment)
- Provision of secretarial and administrative support related to the company’s operations
- Management of correspondence, email, and telephone switchboard
- Support for company meetings and tasks
- Organization of business trips
Requirements
- Degree from University/Technical Institution/Vocational Training Institute (a degree in Economics will be considered an asset)
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in a similar Secretarial Support role
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Very good knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and time management
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
- Responsibility, reliability, and confidentiality
- Possession of a driver’s license and personal vehicle will be considered an additional asset
