We are now looking for a Secretary to join our team and support our operations with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the office
  • Organization and execution of daily tasks (office supplies, equipment)
  • Provision of secretarial and administrative support related to the company’s operations
  • Management of correspondence, email, and telephone switchboard
  • Support for company meetings and tasks
  • Organization of business trips

Requirements

  • Degree from University/Technical Institution/Vocational Training Institute (a degree in Economics will be considered an asset)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in a similar Secretarial Support role
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
  • Very good knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment
  • Responsibility, reliability, and confidentiality
  • Possession of a driver’s license and personal vehicle will be considered an additional asset
  • Flexible working hours
