Job Purpose:
The Secured Lending Product Manager plays an instrumental role in shaping the lifecycle and maximizing the value of our mortgage portfolio. This role combines strategic and analytical thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on optimizing portfolio performance, enhancing customer retention, and driving sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure our offerings remain competitive, meet evolving customer needs, and contribute significantly to the bank's profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Monitoring & Control Towers:
Data extraction & tracking: Supports extraction and tracking of repricing related data, performance, campaigns and administrative matters.
Forecasting & Reporting: Assist in generating reports from MIS reports/daily email alerts/control towers, highlighting key performance indicators and potential insights for attention. Develop volume forecasts based on historical trends, market environment, and strategic plans.
Business updates: Assist in the preparation and presentation of regular business updates and reports by synthesizing market insights, portfolio and campaign data for various stakeholders.
Control Tower Management: Set up, maintain, and utilize control towers to monitor and track daily pricing momentum, repricing and refi-out volume, providing critical real-time insights to the team.
Gating campaigns & customer experience:
Campaign management: Assist in the end-to-end execution, tracking and analysis of the campaigns.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Martech, Credit, Operations, CCTR and Customer Solutions teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of retention campaigns.
Customer retention & engagement: Contribute to the refinement of strategies to strengthen customer retention, enhance engagement, and improve the overall customer experience within the mortgage portfolio.
Customer Servicing: Gather, address and provide resolutions to customer feedback, complaints & escalations. Identify the key areas for improvement to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Journey: Identify opportunities to optimize the end-to-end customer repricing journey.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Proven expertise in portfolio management and performance, product value propositions, and product pricing.
Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of product profitability.
Ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions.
Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements pertinent to the financial industry.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in JIRA, analytical tools & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
