Security Administrator (PAM & DLP)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Security Administrator to join our Information Security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise security solutions with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to ensure the protection of organizational systems, sensitive data, and user access.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and privileged accounts
• Manage and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems, policies, and incident handling
• Coordinate with SOC (Security Operations Center) teams for security monitoring, threat analysis, and incident response
• Monitor security alerts, access logs, and policy violations
• Implement security controls, configuration management, and access governance
• Perform troubleshooting, security updates, and system hardening activities
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in information security administration
• Hands-on experience with PAM and DLP solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, access control, and data protection practices
• Information Security certification is mandatory (such as CEH, Security+, CISM, or equivalent)
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise security and identity management environments
• Familiarity with security monitoring, incident response, and compliance processes
• Knowledge of least privilege principles and data protection frameworks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
