A successful Security Agent has the ability to provide excellent customer service, create a positive customer experience, provide necessary assistance to customers and employees in a timely manner, and identify and handle irregular actively.  WHO YOU ARE <ul> <li>You are observant and detail orientated! Your see details others could overlook. </li> <li>You enjoy people! You are the first member of the team to welcome our customers, providing an exceptional experience is vital to achieving customer loyalty. </li> <li>You hold yourself to a high level of integrity. In an industry that is highly regulated, we trust in our employee’s commitment to always do the right thing. </li> </ul> CORE JOB DUTIES  <ul> <li>Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience </li> <li>Operate under security protocols and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal agencies </li> <li>Submit reporting and security observations accurately and timely </li> <li>Maintain a secure premises by patrolling the property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting the building, equipment and access points; permitting entry </li> <li>Ensures the safety and security of the building by checking in customers into the Company’s portal, maintaining an understanding of who is on the premises </li> <li>Confirms with customers if they have placed an online order in advance or if they need an in-store consultation so patients can be directed to the appropriate </li> <li>Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of Cresco Labs’ policies’ restraining trespassers </li> <li>Provide routine checkups to ensure operation equipment is operating within compliance </li> <li>Work with Dispensary Manager to ensure patients feel comfortable, safe, and welcome </li> </ul> REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS   <ul> <li>1-3 years previous experiences in security </li> <li>Solid knowledge of state and local statutes and ordinances on security protocols </li> <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently </li> <li>Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) </li> <li>Up-to-date on latest local and state regulation and guideline changes </li> <li>Strong interpersonal communication skills </li> <li>Extremely detail orientated </li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills </li> <li>Willing and able to work in a fast paced environment </li> </ul> BENEFITS Cresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.  We also offer eligible employees paid holidays and paid time off.  Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses, stock options as well as participation in our employee discount program.
