This position is onsite.</span></p> <p>The Security Analyst will support EquipmentShare’s endpoint security, event monitoring, and incident response efforts across both Apple and Windows environments. This role will collaborate closely with IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, and external incident response partners to ensure timely detection and remediation of threats.</p> <p>You will play a key role in maturing our security operations, improving visibility, and strengthening defensive controls across the enterprise.</p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Perform triage and analysis of security events</li> <li>Support deployment and optimization of SIEM capabilities</li> <li>Maintain dashboards and generate reporting for leadership</li> <li>Validate configuration standards for macOS and Windows environments</li> <li>Assist with vendor security questionnaires and audit documentation</li> <li>Contribute to strengthening EquipmentShare’s overall security posture</li> <li>Develop testing playbooks and remediation recommendations based on red-team exercise outcomes</li> <li>Verify remediation efforts post-testing to confirm controls are properly hardened</li> <li>Conduct adversarial testing of internal IT systems, policies, and access controls to identify gaps and weaknesses before they can be exploited</li> <li>Review and challenge existing detection rules to determine if they would catch simulated attack behavior</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
