If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!</p></div><p>Titan Security is currently hiring an Assistant Account Manager to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities of the Assistant Security Manager&nbsp;</strong>include but are no limited to:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Oversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details.</li> <li>Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation.</li> <li>Fill in for the Site Manager (in their absence) or open Shift Security Captain positions.</li> <li>Trained to cover any position under their supervision.</li> <li>Provide detailed information on vehicle inspections</li> <li>Document departmental pre-operational vehicle checks</li> <li>Provide both departmental vehicle inventories and general departmental inventories.</li> <li>Review traffic enforcement, specifically including a summary of written tickets.</li> <li>Provide a summary of patrol activities.</li> <li>Conduct and report on an audit of building inspections.</li> <li>Provide a summary &nbsp;of active security systems and any equipment impairments.</li> <li>Outline a summary of safety concerns.</li> <li>Document a summary of training activities alongside a drill summary.</li> <li>Report a summary of gate paperwork discrepancies.</li> <li>Provide a summary of generated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications/Benefits:</strong></p> <p><strong>Education and/or Experience: </strong>Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred. Minimum of 2 of Supervisor Experience and Industrial Security experience. Previous MARSEC, NRC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:</strong> Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Certifications: </strong>CPP certification (ASIS),&nbsp; OSHA-10.</p> <p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong>&nbsp;The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior &amp; exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.</p> <p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits:</strong> Base Salary of $45,760 yearly,&nbsp;plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&amp;D insurance, optional life and AD&amp;D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
