Security Staff

PT. Karangmas Sejahtera is looking for vigilant and responsible Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any security incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain security and order throughout all company premises.
• Control access for employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company procedures.
• Safeguard company assets, both physical and non-physical.
• Conduct routine patrols within the work area to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Enforce company regulations and applicable security procedures.
• Prevent criminal activities such as theft, vandalism, and other security violations.
• Respond to emergency situations, including fire incidents, workplace accidents, and other security disturbances.
• Prepare incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities (such as police, fire department, etc.) when necessary.
• Ensure all security systems are functioning properly and effectively.
• Protect company goods, facilities, and properties from damage or loss.
• Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum education requirement: Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Officer.
• Possession of a Gada Pratama certification will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and in good health condition.
• No criminal record.
