Security Coordinator

Ensure the correct operation, supervision and control of the outsourced security service, guaranteeing the protection of people, facilities, assets and inventories, through effective management of security personnel in the warehouse blocks, with reinforced control in warehouse areas due to their high level of patrimonial risk.

Direct monitoring from the security vendor

• Coordination of assigned guards per block and per shift

• Access control, patrols and lockers

• Prevention of loss, theft and unauthorized access

• Incident and audit response

• Evaluate the performance of security personnel (KPIs, incidents, discipline).

• Coordinate periodic meetings with the supplier.

• General support to EHS activities as required (example: brigades)

• Request replacement of provider personnel

• Stop material outflows if irregularities are detected

• Bachelor degrees in engineering or related field.

• Good command in English, written and spoken skills.

• Experience 3–5 years in asset security.

  Verifiable experience with:

• Access control

• Warehouse operations (highly desirable)

• Manufacturing companies (electronics preferred)
