Security Supervisor (Weekend Shift)

Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.</p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-top: 14pt; margin-bottom: 14pt;"><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong>of Shift Supervisor include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Supervise all security personnel assigned to their shift<strong> (Shift will be <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Saturday and Sunday, 6:00a - 2:00pm</span>)</strong>.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Ensure all posts are properly staffed; coordinate coverage for call-offs and emergencies.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Conduct routine patrols and site inspections to verify officer performance and property security.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">Act as the primary point of contact for all shift security operations.</span></span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong>:&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 21 years of age or older.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).</span></li> <li>Minimum 2–3 years of security experience.</li> <li>Previous supervisory or lead officer experience.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.</li> <li>Proficient in report writing and basic computer systems (incident reporting, access control, CCTV).</li> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable).</span></li> <li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background and fingerprint investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li> <li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>CPR/First Aid/AED certification.</li> <li>Military or law enforcement background (a plus).</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">#IND3</span></p>
