<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking an <strong>experienced </strong>Lead Technician to join our operations in the <strong>Oklahoma City, OK</strong> area. Lead Technicians are assistant supervisors to the Project Leads on site, and are responsible for leading other installers in performing access control and camera installations. This individual <strong>must have at least 2-3 years of direct experience</strong> of direct experience in the installation of Access Control, CCTV, and/or Burglar Alarms <strong>in a large-scale commercial setting, </strong>such as schools, hospitals, warehouses, etc. Work is primarily located in the OKC area, but Digi occasionally does travel throughout the Oklahoma and Texas region.</p>
<p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Installation</strong>: Responsible for the professional installation of cabling, access control components, CCTV systems, and motion/intrusion/alarm systems. Lead by example by upholding the highest installation standards in the industry.</li>
<li><strong>Hand Tools and Inventory</strong>: Safely operate various hand tools, work at heights on ladders and lifts, keep accurate truck inventory, and maintain safety standards on-site and off.</li>
<li><strong>Documentation</strong>: Perform computer program entry as required and prepare documentation for the purpose of providing written support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information.</li>
<li><strong>Communication</strong>: Respectfully communicates with all coworkers and Project Lead on daily progress and documents all necessary information.</li>
<li><strong>Work Planning</strong>: Responsible for reading and understanding technical drawings, assigned project documentation and work orders including scope of work.</li>
<li><strong>Customer Service</strong>: Consistently communicate with the Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Project Lead to ensure complete customer satisfaction.</li>

<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift/move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to work from ladders or man lifts at extended heights.</li>
<li>Must be able to differentiate colors.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and complete overhead work for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards.</li>
