- Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and behaviour strategies, ensuring consistency across home and school.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience with children exhibiting challenging behaviours is preferred, along with familiarity with various behaviour management techniques.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, resilient approach are essential for building rapport with students, staff, and families.
- A commitment to promoting an inclusive educational environment that celebrates diversity.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome learning barriers are vital.
- A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is required for the safety of students.
