Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to students with SEMH needs, both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them engage positively with the curriculum.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies, fostering a calm and structured learning environment.
• Collaborate closely with the SENCO and pastoral team to monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed to meet individual needs.
• Assist in creating and sustaining a safe, inclusive atmosphere that encourages personal growth and confidence among students with SEMH challenges.
• Support teachers in adjusting lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students, helping them reach their full potential.
