For more information, please visit www.TDPfund.com.</p> <p>The SEO Marketing Coordinator is responsible for improving local search visibility across multiple markets through strategic optimization of Google Business Profiles, website updates, local SEO initiatives, and ongoing performance analysis.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Job Responsibilities</span></p> <p>· Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles across multiple locations</p> <p>· Monitor and improve local search rankings, map pack visibility, and online reputation</p> <p>· Create and implement local SEO strategies, including location pages, local content, blog posts, and citation management</p> <p>· Conduct keyword research focused on local search intent</p> <p>· Perform website updates, content edits, and landing page creation using content management systems such as WordPress</p> <p>· Monitor website health, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, and technical SEO performance</p> <p>· Stay current on Google Business Profile updates, local search trends, and SEO best practices</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirements</span></p> <p>· 2+ years of experience in local SEO, digital marketing, or website management</p> <p>· Hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles</p> <p>· Working knowledge of local SEO ranking factors and citation management</p> <p>· Experience updating websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms</p> <p>· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile Insights</p> <p>· Understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and basic technical SEO principles</p> <p>· Strong attention to detail and project management skills</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Preferred Experience</span></p> <p>· Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar industries</p> <p>· Experience supporting multi-location businesses or franchise organizations</p> <p>· Experience/knowledge relating to GEO and AI search</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Compensation</span></p> <p>Highly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and an annual performance bonus</p> <p></p>
