Experience independently managing large websites or cross-border SEO projects is a plus.</li> <li>Proficient with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Baidu Webmaster Tools). Possess basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.</li> <li>Familiar with search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Strong analytical skills and logical thinking are essential.</li> </ul> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ol> <li>Develop and execute mid-to-long-term holistic SEO strategies encompassing technical SEO, on-page/off-page content optimization, link building, and local search optimization.</li> <li>Conduct keyword research and traffic analysis. Monitor website indexing, rankings, traffic, and conversion data. Regularly produce SEO performance reports and optimization plans.</li> <li>Collaborate with the tech team to address technical SEO issues (e.g., site architecture, page speed, structured data, mobile-friendliness).</li> <li>Guide the content team in SEO-focused content planning to improve target keyword rankings and organic search traffic.</li> <li>Track search engine algorithm updates, analyze competitor SEO strategies, and continuously explore new SEO growth opportunities (e.g., voice search, video SEO).</li> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p>
