<p><em>We are a remote-first technology company and welcome applications from candidates across Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EEA European countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans. We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).</em></p></div><p><strong>We are looking for a specialist with deep expertise in SEON (Fraud / Risk)</strong> who can operate at the intersection of product, analytics, and quality assurance. This role goes beyond simply working with an antifraud tool - it requires understanding SEON as a core component of the product’s risk decisioning framework.</p>
<p>This position is ideal for a candidate who is equally comfortable navigating business processes, system logic, and quality assurance, and who can contribute to antifraud solutions across the entire lifecycle.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Working with SEON as a core antifraud solution:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of SEON capabilities: signals, scoring, rules, device intelligence, and data enrichment</li>
<li>Contribute to the design and evolution of antifraud solutions</li>
<li>Ensure correct integration and effective use of SEON within the product</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Analysis, Design, and Process Definition</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Gather, structure, and document business and system requirements</li>
<li>Define and document end-to-end flows, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>onboarding / signup</li>
<li>authentication / login</li>
<li>payment and payout flows</li>
<li>KYC / KYB / verification processes</li>
<li>sensitive user actions</li>
</ul>
<li>Break down antifraud logic into:</li>
<ul>
<li>risk signals</li>
<li>rules and scoring models</li>
<li>decision flows</li>
<li>manual review and case management processes</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Quality Assurance and Testing</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Validate antifraud logic and scenarios</li>
<li>Test SEON integrations (APIs, webhooks, data flows)</li>
<li>Verify:</li>
<ul>
<li>scoring accuracy</li>
<li>rule execution</li>
<li>handling of edge cases</li>
</ul>
<li>Participate in regression and integration testing</li>
<li>Analyze and troubleshoot defects within fraud-related flows</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Product Ownership Contribution</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the antifraud and risk strategy</li>
<li>Balance risk control with user experience</li>
<li>Prioritize initiatives within the fraud/risk domain</li>
<li>Work with key metrics (fraud rate, false positives, approval rate)</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, risk, compliance, engineering)</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Integrations and System Architecture</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Define and oversee integrations with:</li>
<ul>
<li>SEON</li>
<li>KYC / AML providers</li>
<li>payment systems</li>
<li>other third-party services</li>
</ul>
<li>Understand and work with:</li>
<ul>
<li>API contracts</li>
<li>event-driven architectures</li>
<li>data flows</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Analysis and Optimization</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify weaknesses in fraud and risk processes</li>
<li>Propose improvements to decision-making logic</li>
<li>Optimize rules and scoring models</li>
<li>Reduce fraud risk while maintaining conversion rates</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What Will Be Key in This Role</strong></h3>
<p>We expect the candidate to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have a deep understanding of SEON as a product, not just its API</li>
<li>Understand the full lifecycle of antifraud solutions</li>
<li>Operate effectively across product, analytics, and QA domains</li>
<li>Think системно and manage end-to-end processes</li>
<li>Make independent decisions within the fraud/risk domain</li>
<li>Clearly distinguish between “integrating a provider” and “owning antifraud system effectiveness”</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience as a QA Engineer, Business Analyst, or Product Owner </strong>in fintech, payments, iGaming, or fraud/risk domains</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with SEON (or similar antifraud solutions)</li>
<li>Understanding of:</li>
<ul>
<li>fraud prevention and risk scoring</li>
<li>API integrations</li>
<li>payment or onboarding business processes</li>
</ul>
<li>Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Experience with KYC / AML providers</li>
<li>Understanding of the payment lifecycle</li>
<li>Experience working with analytics and performance metrics</li>
<li>Technical background</li>
