About the role
What you'll be doing:
- Manage post-delivery customer issues, including enquiries, feature questions, warranty concerns an returns.
- Act as the key link between customers and our Mechanical team to ensure vehicles are assessed and resolved efficiently
- Own customer communication throughout the resolution journey, keeping them informed, supported, and confident
- Help refine and improve post-sale processes, balancing great customer outcomes with operational efficiency
- Coordinate with the Delivery team to manage returns
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer-facing role (dealership, service centre, or similar)
- Strong ability to manage customer communication with clarity, empathy, and confidence
- Comfortable working across workshop teams and translating technical updates into simple language
- Natural problem-solver who can prioritise, multitask, and stay calm under pressure
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
