SERVICE BDC REP

Job Title: Service BDC Representative / Receptionist
Location: Lehighton Kia – Lehighton, PA

Lehighton Kia is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to support our service department. This position plays a key role in handling customer communication, scheduling service appointments, assisting with reception duties, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for all service customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for the service department
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming and missed appointments
• Greet customers and assist with reception responsibilities
• Support service advisors with customer communication
• Assist with customer check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Full-time position
  
• Sundays off
