About the role
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with plumbing systems and drainage equipment, and the ability to work both independently and with other trades to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Plumbers ensure all plumbing systems are installed and maintained in accordance with building codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Plumbing Installation & Repair
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components
- Install and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures
- Install supports and hangers for piping systems
- Repair and install sinks, toilets, tubs, and other plumbing fixtures
- Install and service water heaters, filtration systems, and water treatment equipment
- Test plumbing systems and fixtures for leaks and proper functionality
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, and drainage problems
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment
- Operate drain cameras and jetting equipment for drain inspections and cleaning
- Troubleshoot sewer backups, water leaks, and plumbing failures
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Follow manufacturer specifications and installation guidelines
- Maintain proper job site safety procedures and use required PPE
- Keep work areas clean and organized upon completion of tasks
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, service coordinators, and other trades
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Complete job tickets, mileage logs, and service documentation accurately
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients on job sites
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in service or maintenance environments
- Experience working in commercial facilities such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, or property management
- Experience with drain cleaning, jetting, and camera inspections
- Ability to diagnose leaks, backups, and plumbing system issues
- Knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and installation methods
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical positions
