The Service Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination and dispatch of service activities, ensuring tickets are properly managed from creation through resolution. This role plays a critical part in optimizing technician utilization, maintaining service quality, and delivering an excellent client experience through efficient communication and organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Coordination & Dispatch
    • Coordinate all service resources to maximize efficiency and utilization
    • Dispatch and manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system 
    • Ensure tickets are accurately created with correct contacts, types, priorities, and assignments
    • Monitor technician schedules to ensure timely ticket completion and proper time entry 
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide excellent customer service through timely and professional communication 
    • Respond to service requests efficiently and courteously 
    • Maintain awareness of client environments to support effective coordination 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-service mindset with a professional and courteous approach 
  • Ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion

  • $40,000 - 55,000 annually depending on fit and experience
