Our Mechanical Services division specializes in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance of complex HVAC systems, delivering reliable, high‑quality support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical expertise.</p> <p>As we grow our service division, we are looking for a highly organized, customer‑focused <strong>Sr. Service Coordinator (HVAC Dispatch)</strong> to play a key role in driving efficient scheduling, technician utilization, and service operations performance.</p> </div> <div> <h3><strong>Position Summary</strong></h3> <p>The <strong>Sr. Service Coordinator (HVAC Dispatch)</strong> is a key operations role responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing incoming service requests, organizing job documentation, and ensuring efficient daily workflow within the department.
