<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Essential Functions</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Prioritize incoming service requests and dispatch technicians accordingly.</li>
<li>Coordinate technician schedules based on job duration, skill set, and geographic location to meet customer ETA expectations.</li>
<li> Communicate professionally and effectively with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service status.</li>
<li>Manage and adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate urgent service needs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technicians and management to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours scheduling and dispatch needs.</li>
<li>Ensure service calls are completed in a timely and organized manner.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications - Education & Experience</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous dispatching experience.</li>
<li>Prior experience in a coordinator, scheduling, or administrative support role.</li>
<li>Strong customer service and client communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.</li>
<li>Experience in the service, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades industry. (Preferred)</li>
<li>Familiarity with BuildOps software. (Preferred)</li>
