In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients, technicians, and management to coordinate service tickets, determine type of service to be performed, and schedule tickets according to urgency. Your organizational skills and customer-focused mindset will be key to maintaining strong client relationships and efficient operations. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or a related role.
- Experience within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable ticketing or CRM platforms.
- Experience handling client communication on open tickets.
- Experience triaging ticket urgency with technical teams.
- Experience keeping leadership updated on service issues.
- Experience answering calls and serving as the first point of contact for clients.
