We are looking for someone who is adaptable, willing to learn new skills, and able to think outside the box to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities

  • Assist with small installation projects and service upgrades
  • Communicate professionally with customers while on job sites
  • Follow electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Work collaboratively with other trades on the job site
  • Document service work and communicate findings with supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong commercial or industrial field experience and troubleshooting ability.

  • Minimum 5 years of electrical field installation experience
  • Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems
  • Strong experience with conduit bending and installation
  • Solid understanding of circuits and electrical wiring fundamentals
  • Experience with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical systems
  • Experience with instrumentation and controls
  • Ability to troubleshoot motor starters, VFDs, PLC communication issues, and lighting circuits
  • Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication skills with team members, customers, and other trades

Why Join our Team

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Consistent, year-round work
  • Opportunities to develop additional skills
  • Variety of projects and challenging troubleshooting work
  • Supportive team environment
