We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a:

Customer Service Engineer

Location: Denmark Copenhagen and Finland Helsinki

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer technical support, provide service solution to customer and have routine customer meeting
  • Provide service-related training to customer and work on the commissioning of the inverter and BESS on site and ensure the Huawei equipment at customer site would be installed safely, reliably, and properly and system running stable.
  • Collect and analysis customers’ service requirements, and proactively find service solution that can fulfill customers requirement.
  • Onsite support with the customer
  • Customer technical tickets handling

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor or master graduate in Electrical/Sustainable energy/Electronic engineering;
  • Ability to cooperate and work with people from different cultures
  • More than 3-years customer support experience in the solar or Battery energy storage system
  • You need to spoke at advanced level English and Chinese, Danish is a plus.
  • Very good customer communication skills
  • Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy
  • Power system or renewable energy industry related experience will be a plus
  • Have EU drive license
