About the role
<h2>Job description</h2>
<p>• Deliver global service projects, including data migration, data management, storage optimization, SharePoint portal, tech refresh and platform upgrades, etc.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with external customers and internal development/QA teams to ensure smooth service project delivery. • Understand service requirements, devise solutions, and create service delivery plans.</p>
<p>• Execute service tasks, analyze and resolve encountered issues, and compile reports to demonstrate successful service delivery.</p>
<p>• Assess workload and duration for new projects or change requirements to support sales processes.</p>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p>• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).</p>
<p>• Strong logical thinking skills, enabling quick understanding of client requirements and technical solutions.</p>
<p>• Effective communication and teamwork abilities. • A strong sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure.</p>
<p>• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and services (Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related engineering major is preferred.</p>
