<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain CMDB health, governance, and data relationships.</li>
<li>Support ITAM processes including hardware/software asset lifecycle management, discovery, and compliance tracking.</li>
<li>Develop workflows, business rules, integrations, UI policies, and automation within ServiceNow.</li>
<li>Work closely with infrastructure, security, operations, and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.</li>
<li>Support ServiceNow integrations with monitoring, discovery, and third-party enterprise tools.</li>
<li>Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support activities.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.</li>
<li>Prepare technical documentation and provide operational support when required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM.</li>
<li>Good experience managing CMDB and CI relationship mapping.</li>
<li>Experience in ITAM including hardware and software asset management.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflow development and scripting.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Discovery, IntegrationHub, MID Server, or APIs is preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations.</li>
<li>Good stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>
